Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Moov Coach Ltd ("Moov", "we") for using the Moov app and moov.coach. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What Moov is, and isn't

Moov is a coaching and habit app for walking and running. It is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have been told to be careful with exercise, check with a doctor before you start. Listen to your body: if something hurts, stop. Moov will never push you to go faster or further than feels right.

Your account

You must be 16 or over. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Free and paid

Logging sessions, your consistency view and the coach's encouragement are free. A personalised plan is a subscription of £4.99 a month (or the local equivalent), billed through Apple or Google. Prices, trial length and the terms of any free trial are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your phone's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Fair use

Don't try to break the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your data

How we handle it is in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to run Moov for you.

Our content

The Moov name, mark, design and the coaching content are ours. You can use them within the app for your own personal use, and that's it.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Moov running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of Moov, other than those we cause by negligence or that can't be excluded under UK law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if the change matters we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using Moov at any time by deleting your account. We can end the agreement if you break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
